About Amber

Amber is a certified Ashtanga yoga teacher and is currently pursuing an MBSR teacher certification through Brown University. Her love and passion for mindfulness and meditation are a result of growing up with anxiety, and she teaches from experience and from the heart. For Amber, mindfulness and meditation go beyond relaxing and calming down; it’s a path for self-discovery, connection, and transforming your entire life.
