A proven path to presence and peace.

Become Club is a 7-week immersive mindfulness and meditation program to help you become your own best friend and finally feel peace.

Go from stressed and anxious to grounded and growing.

The chaos of modern life often leaves us feeling disconnected from our moment-to-moment experience.

After completing the Become Club program, you’ll find yourself staying calm in situations that used to overwhelm you, feeling more centered in your daily life, and more connected to the people around you. You'll learn how to slow down, be present, and make conscious choices that truly serve you and your goals.

Are you facing any of these challenges?

  • By the end of the course, you’ll have practical mindfulness tools to help you manage stress with ease, leaving you calm and clear-headed in the face of daily challenges.

  • We’ll explore the connection between our thoughts and emotion and practice turning towards difficult or negative emotions. You’ll learn techniques for navigating emotions mindfully, enabling you to respond thoughtfully to triggers instead of reacting impulsively.

  • If you find yourself turning to habits like overeating, scrolling endlessly, or avoiding your feelings, discover how to change your habits and confidently navigate life's ups and downs in a way that nourishes your mind and body.

  • If your mind is always racing, keeping you from fully enjoying the things you love--like hobbies, family time, or just relaxing, you're not alone. You will learn how to skillfully respond to those thoughts so you can finally give your full attention to what matters most.

  • You may have already tried to start a mindfulness practice but can’t seem to make it stick, or you don’t know where to begin. Become Club gives you the guidance, structure, and support you need to build a sustainable mindfulness routine. By the end of the course, you’ll have the tools and confidence to maintain your practice, even in the busiest moments of life.

Course Curriculum

  • We’ll start by introducing the foundations of mindfulness and meditation and setting your intentions and commitment for the journey ahead. In our first exercise of the program, you'll learn how to tune into your senses--paying close attention to the look, feel, smell, taste, and sound of experiences you might otherwise miss. In doing so, you'll build the capacity to observe thoughts and sensations without judging or becoming overwhelmed by them.

  • You'll explore the connection between body and mind, learning to connect with physical sensations and becoming more attuned to your body's signals. We’ll focus on becoming more aware of our physical presence and cultivating a sense of body neutrality.

  • We’ll dive into how our thoughts work and how they shape our behavior. You'll learn simple, yet highly effective techniques to help you observe, name, and let go of thoughts without judgment. This practice will help you break free from negative thinking patterns and give you a better understanding of yourself.

  • What if you could recognize and embrace your trickiest emotions without judgment? You'll build your emotional resilience and learn how to skillfully respond to challenges with compassion rather than frustration. By the end of this module, you'll be able to cultivate a kind, supportive inner dialogue with yourself and navigate your emotions with grace and confidence.

  • Next, you'll examine your automatic responses to stress. You'll learn how to pause, reflect, and mindfully choose how to respond to challenges instead of just reacting out of habit. By breaking free from your automatic reactions, you'll feel more in control over your emotions and behaviors, and feel empowered to make thoughtful, mindful choices that truly serve you and your goals.

  • Taking time for a dedicated retreat lets us hit pause on the busyness of life and really listen inwards. This at-home retreat is partially guided, with time reserved for quiet reflection and practice. In this peaceful space, you'll find that your awareness sharpens, your body relaxes, and your mind becomes clearer. It's a perfect opportunity to connect with yourself on a deeper level.

  • We’ll bring everything together by discussing practical tips for incorporating mindfulness into daily life, work, and relationships that you can implement right away. You'll feel fully equipped with a toolbox of strategies to help you stay present and centered, no matter what your day holds. Feel more at ease during meetings, enjoy deeper connections with loved ones, and find moments of calm even in the busiest times.

Meet Your Instructor

After years in a demanding corporate job left me feeling burnt out and anxious, I turned to mindfulness and meditation to find a better way to manage stress and navigate life. That led me to become a certified Ashtanga yoga teacher, and I'm currently deepening my expertise through a comprehensive 500-hour meditation teacher training program at Brown University.

I started Become Club to share these tools with others who are looking for a practical, grounded approach to mindfulness—one that fits into real life. I believe mindfulness and meditation are pathways to self-discovery, deeper connection, and meaningful transformation. Whether you’re new to meditation or wanting to deepen your practice, I’m here to help you create a more intentional and balanced life.

Real Experiences, Real Results

 FAQs

  • The program is designed so that each week, you’ll watch 60-90 minutes of video lessons. You’ll then apply what you’ve learned that week in your daily homework, which will take you about 30 minutes a day. If that sounds intimidating, don’t worry. The program includes strategies for breaking down the homework into smaller, manageable chunks which are just as effective.

  • Life happens! Become Club comes with lifetime access, so you can go at your own pace and not worry if you go on vacation or just need to pause the program for a few days. Just pick up where you left off when you’re ready to come back.

  • This program is designed to reduce your stress, not add to it! As such, you should feel empowered to work through the curriculum however it makes sense for you. I provide my recommendations, but because it comes with lifetime access, you can take as much time as you need. You can also download the lessons to watch on your computer or phone so you can access it whenever you’d like.

  • We are here to help!

For those who prefer to work on their own, the Become Club lessons and modules have everything you need to know, and you can work through them at your own pace.

Should you have questions or need extra help, you’ll also have lifetime access to live Office Hours calls, a library of recordings of past Office Hours calls, and a private Discord community.

  • While I highly encourage attending the live Office Hours calls, the timing might not work for everyone. Office Hours will be recorded and shared afterwards for you to watch whenever you’d like, and you may still submit questions even if you aren’t able to attend live. Support is also available through the Discord community.

  • Popular culture would have you believe that meditation is always calm and peaceful. In the beginning, you may find that you’re feeling more stressed or chaotic than normal. This is usually a sign that you are paying closer attention to your inner experience. This is the core of mindfulness meditation, and we will hold space for this.

Should negative emotions become too strong, the program includes some adjustments to how you’re practicing. You may choose to keep your eyes open or do a walking meditation instead of a sitting practice.

If this continues persistently, you should feel comfortable pausing the program or practice and work with a therapist or counselor before coming back to the practice.
