About Me

Hi, I’m Amber. I’m the founder of Meditation With Amber, a certified 200-hour Ashtanga yoga teacher, and creator of the 7-week mindfulness program Become Club.

After years working in a high-stress corporate environment, I hit a breaking point with my anxiety, despite doing everything “right”. I was eating well, moving my body, and getting plenty of sleep, but I needed a deeper way to take care of my mental health. When I discovered meditation, I stopped feeling like a brain in a jar and instead began to feel truly alive in my body for the first time in years. 

Inspired to help others struggling with stress and anxiety, I started Meditation With Amber in 2022, sharing what I’d learned with others who, like me, were looking for more than just temporary fixes.

Now, I’m on a mission to help others skip years of struggling and use these powerful, proven mindfulness practices to find peace. When we meditate, we not only find peace for ourselves, we also create a ripple effect. This ripple effect starts small, with just a few moments of stillness each day, but it grows in ways we might not expect. 

When we feel present and grounded, it spills over into the rest of our lives. We are kinder to ourselves, better in our relationships, and more aligned in our work.
