Day 2 - See Anew - 7 Days of Meditation With Amber

Hello my dear one, it's good to see you back here, on day two of our 7 Days of Meditation challenge.

Today we begin with our eyes open again, and the theme is see anew. When we are mindful, we are able to let go of our preconceptions and our baggage, and approach things with a beginner's mind.

Each time we practice watching the cycle of breath as it begins, then ends, then begins again, we learn to step out of our habitual patterns of mind. Even though we have been breathing every day for our entire lives, this breath, right now, is new.

And so no matter what came before, you can see anew -- the people you live with, the room where you spend most of your time, your very own mind -- as if for the very first time.
