Day 3 - Release Control - 7 Days of Meditation With Amber
Hello again! I am so excited for you, for your day 3 practice awaits. In today's class, day 3 of our 7 Days of Meditation challenge, we continue to be eager students of the breath.
Yesterday, the breath showed us that it's possible to renew, begin again, and forgive. Today we peel back another layer -- becoming aware that while we can easily exert control on the breath by deepening or holding it, most of the time the breath happens all by itself.
All day long, as we make plans and execute them, as we worry about what's to come or what has already happened, the breath is there in the chest.
The ribcage expands a little. It contracts a little. What happens when we release control? Can we trust that the body knows what to do?
It's a good question. And the answer lies in your practice.
