Oh, my dear friend, hello! Today is the final day of our 7 Days of Meditation challenge. You made it. You're here. This is no small feat.

Thank you so much for taking the time to reset your focus and connect with yourself this week. I have loved reading your comments and connecting with you here in this space.

We began this week together with the universal practice of focusing on our breath. Noticing each inhale as it enters the body. Each exhale as it releases out.

And as you showed up each day, you may have noticed other things, too -- anxiety, worry, calm, peace -- all the different states and qualities that make up a normal human life.

This right here is the practice. Being spacious and gracious with what is here and true with you.

So find your most comfortable position and find your center in class today.
