Day 4 - Notice - 7 Days of Meditation With Amber

Hello my friend, you are halfway! How does it feel? The mid-point feels like a perfect time to talk about the sacred pause. The sacred pause is that incredible moment when we stop and check ourselves before we:

  • Say something we will later regret

  • Do something just because we have always done it

  • Have a knee-jerk reaction

This pause is just a little thing. It can be as small as a single deep breath.

But also, wouldn't it be impactful if -- after taking a single deep breath -- we all spoke with a little more kindness? Acted with little more intention?

I truly believe that bringing our wise attention to a situation -- simply noticing it -- can change the situation itself, even if nothing else happens.

So take today's class as an opportunity to practice this sacred pause. To stop what you're doing and check in with how it is in your body today.
